Signup benefit terms

The welcome benefit

A participating venue organization may configure one welcome benefit for an eligible new membership. The signup page displays the configured value and validity period before signup. Creating additional accounts or rejoining does not create another signup benefit for the same organization.

The benefit may be an ordinary hospitality offer or whole promotional credits. The member wallet displays the actual benefit type issued.

Limits

• The benefit is personal to the verified member and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• It is valid only at the displayed eligible venue or venues and expires at the displayed time under the venue's local timezone rules.
• An expired, fulfilled, canceled, ineligible, or already reserved grant cannot be used again.
• Check-in does not create an additional welcome benefit.
