Email marketing disclosure
This disclosure describes the optional venue marketing email consent used by the pilot.
Version pilot-2026-08-v1 · Effective August 14, 2026
What you are choosing
If you opt in, the participating venue organization may send marketing email about its membership program, venue news, offers, and promotional credits. The venue may choose the timing of those messages within the frequency and eligibility controls configured in Players Club.
Marketing consent is optional and is separate from the essential email used to verify identity, secure an account, or complete a service request.
Credit messages
A promotional-credit message identifies the number of credits, promotional value, eligible venue or venues, and applicable dates and local hours. Receiving a message does not override expiration, venue eligibility, or the requirement for staff to complete the in-venue process.
How to stop marketing email
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or turn marketing email off in customer settings. A request may take a short operational period to apply to messages already being processed. Security, verification, and other non-marketing service email may still be sent when needed.
No SMS consent
Providing a phone number does not consent to marketing text messages. SMS enrollment and SMS authentication are outside this pilot and would require separate product, consent, infrastructure, and legal review.
