Promotional credit terms

These terms describe manually fulfilled promotional-play credits issued by a participating venue.

Version pilot-2026-08-v1 · Effective August 14, 2026

Credit value and issuance

One credit represents one U.S. dollar of promotional value. Credits are issued only as whole numbers through an eligible signup configuration, an authorized owner or manager grant, or a confirmed venue campaign. Check-in never issues credits by itself.

Credits are promotional benefits, not cash, stored value, a deposit, wages, winnings, or a right to a payout. They cannot be purchased, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash through Players Club.

When and where credits can be used

Each grant identifies its eligible venue or venues, start and expiration timestamps, and any venue-local weekday and hour windows. A grant must be active, eligible at the staff location, and inside every applicable window.

Manual staff process

  • The member creates a 15-minute QR credential with an eight-character backup code.
  • Staff select one or more whole eligible grants. The selection is reserved for five minutes.
  • Authorized venue staff manually place the exact promotional amount into an authorized machine and explicitly confirm completion in Players Club.
  • Players Club does not connect to, control, meter, certify, or receive financial data from the machine.

Expiration, cancellation, and disputes

Expired or canceled credits cannot be presented. An unconfirmed reservation is released when its short reservation window expires. A venue should stop the manual process and investigate if the displayed amount, venue, member, credential, or machine does not match.
