Membership terms
These terms describe the pilot Players Club membership experience offered by a participating venue organization.
Version pilot-2026-08-v1 · Effective August 14, 2026
1. The pilot membership
Players Club is software that helps a participating venue organization run its own customer membership program. The venue organization controls its member relationship and the member information it collects through the program.
Joining is voluntary. The name of the participating venue appears during signup and in the member experience. These platform terms do not replace venue rules, posted notices, or terms supplied by that venue organization.
2. Your information and account access
- Provide a name, email address, and phone number that belong to you and keep them current.
- Email verification is required for signup and returning access. A phone number may help find a membership, but it is not an authentication factor in this pilot.
- Keep emailed codes and on-screen check-in credentials private. Do not transfer or reproduce another member's credential.
3. Offers and promotional credits
A venue may issue a signup benefit, a hospitality offer, or promotional credits. Each benefit is governed by the amount, eligible venues, expiration, dates, weekdays, hours, and other limits displayed when it is issued. Check-in by itself never earns or issues credits.
Promotional credits have no cash value and are not a deposit account. They may be presented to trained venue staff only through a current Players Club credential. The venue remains responsible for honoring an eligible benefit and for every manual action at its equipment.
4. Responsible and lawful use
Use of Players Club does not establish that any machine, promotion, or venue activity is lawful. Members must follow applicable law, age restrictions, venue policies, and staff instructions. A venue may deny or suspend access when it reasonably believes a credential is invalid, duplicated, unsafe, or misused.
5. Changes and questions
The pilot may change as operational and legal review continues. A revised version will receive a new version label and effective date; fresh consent will be requested when required. For questions about a venue's program, contact the venue identified during signup or in its message.
